La Educación Ambiental En México: Según El Reglamento De La Ley General Del Equilibrio Ecológico Y La Protección Al Ambiente En Materia De Prevención Y Control De La Contaminación De La Atmósfera

Abstract

El presente análisis legislativo tiene por objeto plantear lo que la Ley del Equilibrio Ecológico y Protección al Ambiente establece por medio del Reglamento en Materia de Prevención y Control a la Contaminación de la Atmósfera en lo que corresponde a la educación ambiental en México. Plantea que en el Reglamento no se observan las suficientes medidas para una educación ecológica eficaz; y no solamente en los salones de clase, sino que también se emprendan acciones para sensibilizar y concientizar a la población en general.
