Procedimiento Para El Diseño De La Estrategia De Los Consejos De Administración Municipal. Herramienta Para El Desarrollo Local

Abstract

En los procesos de institucionalización y actualización del modelo económico que se llevan a cabo en el país, los Consejos de la Administración Municipal están llamados a implementar estrategias que fomenten el desarrollo del territorio, donde el principio de la autosustentabilidad financiera sea el elemento esencial, armónicamente compatibilizado con los objetivos del plan de la economía nacional y del municipio, todo esto sobre la base de la identificación y utilización de sus potenciales endógenos.
