Huella Ecológica Corporativa. Un Análisis De Caso Vinculado A Una Fábrica De Pan. Actualización De Índices

Abstract

En el presente artículo el autor tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la estimación de la huella ecológica corporativa (HEC) de una fábrica de pan (2009) además de poner de manifiesto la actualización de índices como son los factores de conversión y la productividad de la tierra valenciana. Para ello, se empieza explicando que es la huella ecológica partiendo de su definición y los postulados que se hacen para que esta tenga sentido. A continuación se explica la adaptación hecha de la huella ecológica a la HEC. Luego se expone la manera de calcular la HEC y los resultados de la HEC de dicha empresa. Y, para finalizar, se ponen algunos de los índices para el cálculo de la HEC actualizados como son los factores de conversión y la productividad de la tierra agrícola. Además, se pone de manifiesto el derecho de las empresas a tener asignada una parte de la biocapacidad del país al que pertenecen.
