Activación E Identificación Bioquímica De Los Conglomerados De Bacterias Probióticas Abt-5, Aby-3 Y Bc-7 Utilizando El Kit Rápido Api 50 Ch

Abstract

Se realizó la activación de los conglomerados bacterianos liofilizados ABT-5 , ABY-3 y BC-7, así como la identificación de bacterias predominantes. La activación de las cepas se realizó en medio líquido (caldo MRS) y solido (agar MRS). El recuentode las bacterias presentes se realizo mediante técnicas de dilución en placa con agar MRS. Para la identificación bioquímica de los microorganismos se utilizaron el Kit API 50 CH , API 50 CHL y el Software API WEB. Los resultados mostraron presencia de bacterias del género Lactobacillusen las tres cepas estudiadas.
