Aplicación Del Modelo De Cláusulas Para Contratos Eficientes En Regulación Ambiental

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es evidenciar que efectos pueden derivar por la aplicación del Modelo de Cláusulas para Contratos Eficientes en la regulación ambiental. Se observa que las restricciones regulatorias pueden producir sobrecostos eventualmente inductores de sobreexplotación con consecuentes efectos de extinción o gran escasez futura de recursos ambientales. Son de aplicación los conceptos basados en existencias “Graham” y “Cosecha Máxima” quiénes, puestos a consideración respecto a las conclusiones alcanzadas sobre cantidad eficiente de cláusulas en contratos, permitirán ser introductorios para identificar senderos convenientes de regulación minimizando, en consecuencia, posibles sobreexplotaciones de recursos.
