Abstract

Esta investigación estudia cuatro generaciones activas en el mercado, desde inicios de la década del 2020. Con el objetivo principal: analizar las principales características de los Baby Boomers, generaciones X, Y y Z, y su relación con el mercado laboral, para que la comprensión de estas relaciones contribuye a una mejor gestión de personas y mejores relaciones en el entorno de trabajo. Los objetivos específicos fueron tres: primero, conocer las características relevantes de las generaciones estudiadas, identificando el tipo de comportamiento en el ámbito laboral de las organizaciones; segundo, identificar las diferencias más impactantes entre generaciones para que este conocimiento beneficie a los empleados y organizaciones; tercero, identificar las dificultades del mercado laboral. Para ello se realizó una investigación bibliográfica, en la que se utilizó el método inductivo y con carácter exploratorio. Este estudio demuestra que para que la sociedad se mantenga en constante desarrollo, debe haber armonía entre quienes están en el mercado laboral, por lo que es importante establecer buenas relaciones entre generaciones y que los más jóvenes respeten a los mayores y viceversa.
