La ética en los diferentes procesos empresariales

Abstract

La razón que fundamenta el hablar sobre la ética, está relacionada con las malas prácticas empresariales a causa del desconocimiento o mala aplicación de códigos éticos. Por ello se busca solucionar estos errores y resolver el mal ejercicio del derecho. La sensibilidad social faculta a la plaza empresarial el esfuerzo por mejorar la estabilidad social. Todo por armonizar cada interés global; respecto a los intereses implicados o no afectados por la actividad de la decisión empresarial. Principios éticos aplicables en todo ámbito son: la condifendicalidad, lealtad, transparencia y responsabilidad. Tomando como referencia la veracidad que precede al principio del respeto el cual defiende el derecho de las personas. Sin ofender el derecho ciudadano.
