Abstract

Este artículo tiene la pretensión de identificar la estrecha relación que guardan el derecho internacional y los derechos humanos, reconociendo que el Estado y los gobernados pertenecen a una nación, pero participan a través de acuerdos de voluntades con otras naciones, como consecuencia de un mundo cada vez más globalizado, centrando la atención en los fundamentos constitucionales de los países y en los tratados y acuerdos internacionales que suscriben y materializan, clarificando la postura de la supremacía constitucional, en relación a la celebración de los demás acuerdos y tratados celebrados entre naciones.
