Fracaso empresarial: evolución histórica y aportes a su definición

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la evolución en el tiempo de la definición sobre fracaso empresarial. Para ello, se inicia con la revisión crítica de la literatura de varios autores citados, para poner de manifiesto sus acepciones que datan desde el año 1978 hasta el 2013. En este sentido, el aporte consiste en mostrar la evolución histórica de la definición, con especial atención en las concordancias que permiten unificar a los autores según la clasificación sugerida en el presente trabajo, estableciendo a su vez aquellas disparidades en la definición; como elemento novedoso se muestra un gráfico con la relación lógico histórico entre autores.
