Revisión teórica sobre la aplicación del endomarketing en las organizaciones

Abstract

La comunicación transmite implícitamente información, conocimiento y habilidades del remitente a los usuarios finales a través de una cadena de procesos que involucran generación de mensajes, descripción y codificación. Una empresa se compone de la comunicación externa que esta direccionada a los clientes de la compañía y la comunicación interna a los colaboradores de la misma. Ambas se relacionan entre si para que el sistema de la empresa fluya sin problema, pues el usuario final debe decodificar, reproducir y recrear el mensaje original, con una posible degradación de la calidad y el significado.
