Abstract

Este articulo habla sobre cómo llegar a la optimización de las estrategias de la cadena de suministros y mantenerlas eficientes al momento de que la empresa es abastecida de insumos para convertirlos en productos terminados y todo lo referente a los proveedores, manejo de inventarios y los clientes con la organización con que opera.
