Actitud emprendedora: motor de liderazgo e innovación

Abstract

La nueva era está enmarcada con el liderazgo e innovación, donde el espíritu emprendedor y la tenacidad para tomar decisiones son puntos claves que permitirán el éxito o fracaso e incluso la permanencia en el mundo de los negocios, en la actualidad se está incentivando desde la educación inicial a la práctica de emprendimientos donde se busca que la crisis no sea un factor común para conllevar a estas iniciativas, hay que tomar en cuenta que el Estado es el mayor interesado en dinamizar la economía. La influencia de la actitud emprendedora proporciona un análisis de las ventajas competitivas y escenarios favorables en conjunto con el empresario como promotor de la innovación la cual es capaz de cambiar el mundo y con el liderazgo permitiendo la identificación, explotación y aprovechamiento de oportunidades, la generación de ideas y estrategias que se convertirán en riquezas o beneficios.
