Las Últimas Regulaciones En Eeuu Y Europa, De La Crisis Subprime A Nuestros Días

Abstract

A partir de 1988 comenzaron a ser reguladas las actividades bancarias respecto de los riesgos que estas instituciones toman para sus operaciones de inversión. Así es como los gobernadores de los bancos centrales de los principales países se reunieron en Suiza, mas precisamente en Basilea, dando forma a los acuerdos que tomaron el nombre de la ciudad que los cobija. Los Acuerdos de Basilea, I, II y III, son recomendaciones a los que fueron adhiriendo la mayoría de los países del mundo a través de los años.
