Comunicação Organizacional Como Estratégia De Gerenciamento Eficaz

Abstract

A comunicação tem exercido um papel fundamental nas organizações da atualidade, permitindo a troca de informação por toda a estrutura organizacional, sendo uma ferramenta essencial ao bom gerenciamento das pessoas. Porém, são encontradas inúmeras barreiras na comunicação, desde a sua falta até a informação de forma distorcida. Dentro deste contexto, o presente estudo buscou demonstrar a importância da comunicação nas organizações, abordando o gerenciamento eficaz como estratégia crucial para o sucesso de uma organização. Para tanto, foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas como meio de investigação. Como resultado, podemos concluir que a comunicação organizacional é um tema de importante relevância dentro das organizações, pois é uma ferramenta usada constantemente no dia a dia das pessoas. E para que ela seja empregada com eficácia, depende das habilidades interpessoais dos gerentes-administradores, funcionários e todos os demais stakeholders geradores de resultados dentro da organização.
