El Liderazgo Estrategico. Revisión De Las Teorías Más Relevantes Acerca De La Dirección Y Propuesta Del Liderazgo Estratégico: Buscando La Excelencia En La Administración De La Empresa

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es describir las principales estrategias que se necesitan para dirigir a otros con éxito. Se analizan las diferentes reflexiones que han sido escritas sobre el liderazgo por los principales teóricos de la psicología del trabajo, iniciando con la Teoría de los Rasgos, continuando con los modelos situacionales y llegando hasta el Nivel 5. Se propone, por último, y como resultado de este estudio, el liderazgo estratégico. En este trabajo se utilizó el método descriptivo para explicar cada una de las principales teorías acerca del liderazgo. Asimismo se empleó el método analógico para comparar las teorías expuestas. El resultado de esta investigación es la propuesta del Liderazgo Estratégico.
