Endeudamiento Y Riesgo De Desahucio De Las Familias Españolas

Abstract

la intensa y prolongada crisis económica iniciada en 2007 con la implosión del boom inmobiliario ha traído consigo una elevada morosidad hipotecaria ante la incapacidad de numerosas familias de hacer frente a sus hipotecas por culpa del desempleo. En este trabajo analizamos las causas de la situación y estimamos que en 2011 existen aproximadamente 172.923 familias en riesgo inmediato de desahucio.
