El método Rantax de eficiencia comparativa

Abstract

Se presenta un método comparativo de eficiencia, basado en dos técnicas de rangos y otra técnica de taxonomía numérica que, mediante la adición de algunos artificios, permite determinar un índice de eficiencia (o calidad) para cada elemento del conjunto a comparar (k elementos). Se consideran n variables o indicadores, donde cada uno de los elementos presenta un valor en cada variable, constituyéndose una matriz k x n . Se adicionan, como artificio, tres elementos: elemento con valores máximos, elemento con valores mínimos y elemento con valores medios, lográndose calcular para cada elemento un índice de eficiencia comparativa. El método RANTAX integra los resultados de las tres técnicas empleadas en un solo índice de eficiencia para cada elemento incluido en el análisis.
