La evolución del humanismo en las formas organizacionales

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es hacer un análisis de la presencia de la visión humanista en las organizaciones; se presenta una breve revisión histórica y reciente del concepto de “humanismo”, así como de las formas de organización del trabajo, desde el taylorismo-fordismo al denominado toyotismo; se revisa el concepto y variantes de las denominadas Nuevas Formas Organizacionales, analizando si en estas ha influido el enfoque humanista. Se afirma que la tendencia evolutiva de las organizaciones está incluyendo características de la concepción humanista del hombre y la organización, si bien aún de manera precaria y no consistente.
