La caracterización de la gestión de la calidad como un proceso inherente a la gestión de la eficacia en las organizaciones

Abstract

La gestión de la calidad cobra una importancia relevante en el logro de la eficacia para cualquier tipo de organización. Su caracterización permite determinar el conjunto de propiedades distintivas, para una vez identificadas y mediante un proceso de toma de decisiones, posibilite que las que se encuentran de manera correcta sigan comportándose de ese modo, y las que están de forma incorrecta, reducirlas, modificarlas o eliminarlas. Este proceso de caracterización por tanto, guarda especial relación con el principio de gestión de la calidad asociado a la mejora continua, sustento esencial de la gestión de la eficacia organizacional. Este artículo pretende demostrar las relaciones que, desde lo teórico se establecen entre de la gestión de la eficacia y su proceso inherente de caracterización de la gestión de la calidad.
