Abstract

Hoy en día las empresas se enfrentan a profundos cambios como consecuencia de las modificaciones del entorno en que efectúan su gestión y su tarea básica consiste en integrar y coordinar los recursos organizacionales para alcanzar los objetivos de la manera más eficaz y eficiente posible. Es necesario resaltar dentro de los Recursos Humanos que las personas que ingresan, permanecen y participan en la Organización, con independencia de cuál sea su nivel jerárquico o tarea deben contar con todas las competencias exigidas para el buen desempeño de sus funciones.
