Análisis de la interrelación estratégica en el proceso de control de gestión

Abstract

En la presente investigación se aplica un instrumento para el análisis de la interrelación estratégica en una empresa de servicios técnicos con el objetivo de contribuir, partiendo de su misión organizacional, a alinear sus estrategias en función de su situación concreta en el entorno, analizando las relaciones con sus clientes y sus proveedores, de manera que le posibilite la toma de decisiones efectivas para alcanzar el logro de sus metas a través del control de su gestión empresarial. Los resultados obtenidos son favorables, alcanzándose los objetivos planteados y con un positivo impacto en la entidad objeto de estudio.
