Procedimiento para la selección de proveedores por el método multicriterio

Abstract

En la presente publicación se propone un procedimiento para la selección de proveedores a través del método multicriterio, donde se determina al mejor proveedor integralmente considerando varios criterios que son los más importantes para la empresa y(o) los clientes, de acuerdo al juicio de expertos. El procedimiento permite evaluar criterios por medio de escalas cuantitativas, dotando de objetividad la selección que se realice, pero también se utilizan escalas cualitativas lo que posibilita la combinación de cualquier tipo de criterio para elegir al mejor proveedor, brindando muchas potencialidades para realizar una efectiva selección.
