Procedimiento para la gestión del sistema de capacitación para directivos

Abstract

La formación o capacitación ha constituido desde siempre un significativo patrón de comportamiento empresarial. En virtud de ellos se propone una recopilación importante de la teoría en que se basará el procedimiento, esta cuenta con un notable número de enfoques en los que se sustenta dicho procedimiento. Luego de este análisis teórico se realiza el diseño del procedimiento, el cual cuenta con cinco etapas y varias subetapas bien explicadas dentro de las mismas; las mismas se relacionan a continuación: Diagnóstico de la capacitación, Planificación y Organización, Ejecución, Evaluación y Control y por último el Impacto y Mejora.
