Abstract

Bien, me gustaría ver un simple principio de discriminación positiva basada en el principio de la acción máxima eficiente y la acción justa del diferencial naciente. Dichas teorías, se basan en realmente identificar el diferencial naciente, no superponerlo con doctrinas de todo tipo que se ven muchísimas, y aparte se basa en la necesidad en los sistemas no siempre de ser extremadamente justo sino saber identificar, que la justicia, exige, el mínimo eficiente, pero una vez alcanzado, no hay motivo para imponer castigos máximos.
