Procedimiento para el análisis de la interrelación estratégica en el proceso de control de gestión

Abstract

El núcleo básico de todo sistema económico-social lo constituyen las empresas, por lo que sobre ellas recae la responsabilidad de contribuir a mejorar los indicadores de bienestar de la sociedad a la cual pertenecen. Para materializar este objetivo las organizaciones deben cumplir efectivamente con su propósito. En la presente investigación se propone un instrumento cuyo principal objetivo es contribuir, partiendo de la misión de las entidades, a alinear sus estrategias en función de su situación concreta en el entorno, de manera que les posibilite alcanzar el logro de sus metas, basándose para ello fundamentalmente, en el control de su gestión empresarial.
