Sobre la ley española de morosidad de 2010 y las PYME

Abstract

La nueva Ley de morosidad posee, entre otros defectos, su carácter fuertemente intervencionista, su previsible ineficacia y su instrumentación como mecanismo de la gran banca privada para captar clientes. Aparte, miente en su preámbulo cuando trata de justificar la medida en la actual situación de crisis, pues es previsible que origine bancarrotas e incremente la desigualdad económica, que es el origen de esta crisis y las anteriores. La limitación para endeudarse con crédito gratuito perjudicará especialmente a las PYME, mermando su rentabilidad y sus posibilidades de crecimiento.
