Los Factores De Contingencia En El Diseño De La Estructura De Dirección

Abstract

El propósito de este trabajo es un acercamiento a la influencia que ejercen los factores de contingencia en el diseño de la estructura organizativa de dirección en una entidad. Dentro de estos factores se destacan y predominan en la literatura consultada, la estrategia, la tecnología que utiliza el núcleo operativo, la dimensión y antigüedad de la organización, así como la variabilidad de las tareas, la complejidad y estabilidad del entorno. Se plantean los criterios de diferentes autores, pero predomina la Teoría de la Contingencia de Henry Mitzberg. Se evidencia que del adecuado ajuste que la organización sea capaz de hacer a estos parámetros dependerá en gran parte el éxito del patrón estructural que esta adopte.
