Análisis De La Insolvencia Empresarial En La Comunidad De Madrid. El Caso Del Corredor Del Henares

Abstract

La crisis económica ha tenido una fuerte incidencia en la actividad empresarial provocando la desaparición de miles de empresas. Ello lleva a la necesidad de estudiar qué variables financieras condicionan la supervivencia de las organizaciones. El objetivo del trabajo es analizar, para el caso del Corredor del Henares, tanto los condicionantes del entorno económico como los relativos a la propia actividad empresarial, y su influencia en la insolvencia de las empresas en esta comarca, en comparación con la Comunidad de Madrid. Los resultados permiten apreciar que la variable clave de la insolvencia en las empresas del Corredor del Henares es el endeudamiento, frente al crecimiento del valor añadido para el caso de las empresas de la Comunidad de Madrid, a la vez que las primeras no parecen tener mayor probabilidad de insolvencia por pertenecer al Corredor del Henares.
