Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la temática de la formación de directivos en el ámbito empresarial y público a través de la aplicación de la Metodología de la Investigación Científica en un programa de entrenamiento para la gestión empresarial. Se tienen en cuenta los elementos e instrumentos como: Problema, hipótesis, objetivos, muestra, así como la aplicación de los métodos de recogida y análisis de la información, y finalmente el informe de investigación. La propuesta incluye la formación especializada de los directivos en la Metodología de la Investigación Científica a través de un programa de entrenamiento que permite la adquisición de habilidades, destrezas y la asimilación e introducción de nuevos procedimientos con el propósito de lograr su dominio y aplicarlos de forma práctica en la solución de problemas a través de todo el ciclo directivo (planificación, organización, dirección y control) de las empresas e instituciones, rompiendo con los viejos paradigmas que limitan el proceso de formación.
