Abstract

El riesgo se identifica como una amenaza al logro de los objetivos del negocio y por ello, las situaciones que puedan afectarlo es tarea de expertos y administrativos. La conducta frente al riesgo, implica su prevención y la adopción de medidas adecuadas, especialmente en riesgos de naturaleza financiera, que precisan un análisis sistemático.
