Pequeñas empresas familiares y sus estrategias de negocios

Abstract

Las estrategias son principios y rutas fundamentales que orientarán el proceso administrativo para alcanzar los objetivos a los que se desea llegar y dependerán en gran medida, de la capacidad para dotarse de recursos y habilidades para buscar nuevas ventajas competitivas. El objetivo del siguiente trabajo es identificar la tipología de las estrategias de éxito que pueden ser utilizadas en empresas del ramo familiar. La problemática principal para la adopción de dichas estrategias en las empresas familiares se deriva de las deficiencias en la definición de la cadena de mando, ya que esta es subjetiva por la relación existente entre los participantes en estas empresas. Por otra parte la adopción de cualquier tipo de estrategia se facilita ya que el numero de participantes, que deben de aceptar los cambios, es mucho menor que en una empresa mediana o grande.
