Abstract

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o processo logístico, dando uma maior ênfase ao controle de estoque, identificando a importância que um estoque significa no equilíbrio entre compra e venda, buscando reduzir ao máximo as quantidades de produto mantidas, diminuindo a imobilização do capital de giro e os processos para melhor gerenciar. Desta forma o trabalho abordará conceitos de logística e estoque e os níveis. Sendo útil para qualquer empresa que trabalha com a venda de qualquer produto o direcionamento adequado dos estoques, como fator determinante para seu sucesso e planejamento. Podendo atender a demanda e com isso acarretar lucros para a empresa, proporcionando aos seus clientes um atendimento com maior eficiência e eficácia.
