Abstract

Con fundamento en la naturaleza, origen, propósitos y tendencias de los países que se identifican como globales y de sus gobiernos neoliberales, hacia el logro de crecimientos económicos, sin consideraciones de carácter humano-social, se analizan los aspectos críticos de la globalización económica, que contribuya a implementar nuevas estrategias, para desarrollar intervenciones profesionales, de evaluación y seguimiento, congruentes con los paradigmas emergentes de las poblaciones en las etapas de evolución de la vida del hombre en sus diferentes estratos sociales.
