Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra el enfoque teórico metodológico aplicado para perfeccionar el sistema de Gestión de los Recursos Humanos que laboran en los procesos de apoyo de una organización. El estudio pretende eliminar las insuficiencias en las actividades claves del sistema de Gestión de Recursos Humanos (GRH) que limitan su contribución a una adecuada gestión organizacional.
