Abstract

La historia que vamos a contar aquí versa acerca de la relación entre la economía y su objeto, como una cadena de procesos mentales e intelectuales, y por cierto históricos, donde las deformaciones y la distancia con la realidad se fueron más bien agrandando. Para nosotros constituye una de las causas principales de los actuales extravíos y desvaríos, deformaciones e inconsistencias, por las que atraviesa la economía como ciencia o ejercicio profesional, a pesar de toda la formalización y sofisticación con la que los economistas suelen expresarse sobre los asuntos de interés público y de actualidad.
