Abstract

La comunicación, como valiosa herramienta en el proceso de gestión empresarial, permite el desarrollo y perfeccionamiento de todas las funciones de la administración. En la ejecución del proceso de comunicación, los directivos utilizan medios o canales para el cumplimiento de sus objetivos descuidando elementos sustanciales que le brindan más credibilidad al proceso de toma de decisiones y análisis de la información; en tal sentido, la estadística se entrelaza con la actividad comunicativa, en la conjugación de diversas técnicas de medición, cuantificación e interpretación de indicadores que en el perfeccionamiento de la gestión cobra vital importancia para los nuevos objetivos a desarrollar.
