La Gestión Del Capital Humano En Empresas De La Agricultura. Caso De Una Granja De Cultivos Varios

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra el trabajo desarrollado en una granja de cultivos varios relacionado con el diseño e implantación de procesos claves de Gestión del Capital Humano que contribuyan a la mejora del desempeño del sistema. El diagnóstico realizado en la empresa objeto de estudio mostró que el desarrollo de este importante subsistema de dirección es muy pobre y que se requiere comenzar con la introducción de procesos claves vitales en la Gestión de Recursos Humanos para incrementar la eficiencia de los recursos humanos.
