La Mejora De La Calidad En Productos Y Servicios, Un Enfoque Desde La Integración Clientes-Procesos

Abstract

Se presenta un análisis de diecisiete modelos, propuestos entre los años 1988 y 2005 por autores nacionales e internacionales, para la mejora de la calidad de los productos y servicios de la organización. El estudio realizado permitió definir el cluster de los modelos a través de la presencia o ausencia de las variables que son compartidas por los mismos. Estas variables resultan una guía y un punto de partida valioso en el esfuerzo por lograr la mejora en la calidad.
