Abstract

Se presenta un análisis de las habilidades y capacida-des directivas que deben considerarse en el proceso de internacionalización de las empresas familiares y la im-portancia de las tecnologías de la información para facili-tar dicho proceso. Asimismo se mencionan la problemáti-ca propia de las empresas familiares y sus estrategias de internacionalización.
