Abstract

A partir de la década del ´30 comienza a desarrollarse un cambio en los enfoques, con respecto al lugar que ocupaba en hombre dentro de la organización, y a partir de la década del ´60, comienza el desarrollo de la concepción de ésta como un sistema abierto, que se interrelaciona con otras entidades, prevaleciendo el enfoque sociológico. Donde el liderazgo se convierte en una necesidad, se agudiza la competencia y se hace mayor énfasis en las estrategias, lo que conduce a que comience a producirse un cambio del enfoque reactivo al proactivo (Lubalo, 2007).
