Abstract

Con la rapidez en los cambios de las tecnologías, la intensa competencia por los mercados, la continúa innovación y la creación de una nueva fuerza de trabajo basada en su talento ha cambiado las concepciones sobre los recursos humanos en las empresas a escala mundial, a estos cambios se han incorporado una serie de prácticas basado en métodos, procesos, políticas y estrategias orientados hacia el ser humano, como el verdadero capital de la organización.
