Abstract

El presente artículo presenta una propuesta de un modelo conceptual y la estrategia para la integración de la seguridad y salud del trabajo al sistema de gestión del capital humano al, partiendo de las interrelaciones entre los diferentes módulos que conforman el sistema teniendo en cuenta la significación del proceso que fomenta y asegura la salud e integridad física de los trabajadores y promover niveles de calidad de vida, que permitan un desarrollo de la organización pues incide en su la productividad, y por ende en la competitividad de misma, al obtenerse las condiciones físicas y ambientales necesarias para desarrollar un trabajo de calidad , por lo que su desarrollo con un enfoque integrado y por proceso debe de constituir una estrategia que permita la necesaria diferenciación de las organizaciones en el mercado .
