Decálogo Para La Gestión Eficiente Del Capital Humano

Abstract

En una organización para lograr un funcionamiento que responda a la misión de esta y el cumplimiento de sus objetivos lo principal es el hombre; por lo que a éste se le denomina como el primer y principal recurso de la misma. Para lograr este principio en una entidad lo primero que se debe acometer es pasar de la administración del personal a la gestión de los recursos humanos y proceder a: sensibilizar a directivos y técnicos con la necesidad del paso de la administración del personal a la gestión de los recursos humanos e interiorizar la importancia que tienen en la gestión de los recursos humanos los procesos de: selección del personal, la evaluación del desempeño y la formación, capacitación y desarrollo.
