Tecnología Para La Implantación De Un Sistema De Gestión Integrado Del Capital Humano

Abstract

En este artículo se expone una tecnología, integrada por un modelo y un procedimiento, para la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión Integrada de Capital Humano (SGICH). Se describen además los métodos y herramientas necesarias para cada una de las fases, etapas y los pasos del proceso de implantación. Por último se muestran los resultados de la consulta realizada a expertos para la valoración de la tecnología propuesta.
