Abstract

La principal responsabilidad de la dirección de una empresa es la consecución de los fines para los que ha sido creada. La función directiva consiste en tomar aquellas decisiones que posibiliten que la empresa consiga lograr sus fines y en orientar, igualmente, en la toma de decisiones a los diferentes componentes de la organización. Dentro de este proceso directivo tiene un papel fundamental la planificación y en especial el proceso de planificación.
