Capital Especulativo Y Su Praxis Histórica: El Capital Productivo Y El Capital Financiero

Abstract

Desde los comienzos del uso del dinero se ha condenado la generación de un rendimiento o de un rendimiento excesivo con él. Tanto las religiones como la filosofía han condenado a la usura por ser antinatural, por hacer dinero con sólo prestarlo. El capital especulativo, por lo tanto, ha recibido la misma crítica desde el establecimiento de las primeras bolsas de valores, principalmente el préstamo a tasas excesivas. En el presente texto se trata de hacer un recuento histórico sobre como se ha tratado al capital especulativo tanto del punto de vista teológico como filosófico y como se ha ido desarrollando del sistema financiero con las relajaciones de la prohibición hasta la aceptación por parte de las autoridades y la sociedad.
