Aspectos Generales Sobre El Tipo De Cambio Monetario

Abstract

En el marco de las relaciones económicas internacionales siempre están presentes las relaciones monetario-mercantiles, ya sea por vía del comercio o por vía de las finanzas. Estas transacciones se expresan en términos monetarios. El dinero abandona de esta forma los límites nacionales y se cumple la función definida por Carlos Marx como Dinero Mundial. Al no existir de hecho una moneda que en propiedad cumpla completa y perfectamente la función de dinero mundial, las transacciones económicas internacionales se realizan a través de distintas monedas nacionales. Ante la necesidad de relacionar estas monedas nacionales surgen las tasas o tipos de cambio.
