Abstract

La Globalización financiera, una de las fuerzas que transforma el sistema capitalista y a la cual se deben insertar, de la mejor manera, en el presente y en el futuro, países desarrollados y de menor desarrollo, ha estado caracterizada por: incremento en el flujo de capitales, tanto de largo como de corto plazo; mayor dinámica de los capitales de corto plazo o especulativos, integraciones e interdependencia financiera entre países, avances significativos en la tecnología de la información.
