Abstract

El Cuadro de Mando Integral es una herramienta novedosa y muy importante para la creación de sistemas de control de gestión en cualquier organización que en estos momentos se plantee la posibilidad de ser competitiva, es por eso que en la Empresa Productora de tabaco se diseñó un sistema de control de gestión de la calidad con enfoque en procesos, que utiliza como instrumento de control un Cuadro de Mando Integral con todo su sistema de Indicadores.
