Abstract

En el mundo, existe una alta competencia ante un cliente más exigente y selectivo, por lo que se necesita imperiosamente que las empresas dedicadas a esta esfera adquieran una alta competitividad, ya que en estos momentos existen muchas dificultades en cuanto al cumplimiento del nivel deseado en los servicios que se prestan y los altos costos asociados a estos, siendo un hecho el deficiente sistema de gestión logística en las instalaciones de servicios, que conlleva a resultados no deseados de Eficiencia y Eficacia, por lo que se evidencia la necesidad una acertada gestión logística en la dirección de las organizaciones de servicio.
